    Does this plugin support custom order statuses? Everything else looks great, but would like to be able to add more emails to the order process that don’t contain order details outside of the standard WooCommerce Order statuses.

    Order statuses that can be sent out to the customer that aren’t the standard ones using something like the WooCommerce Order Status Manager. Some just to touch base where we might want to exclude the product details so they aren’t having to see it every time an status email is sent.

    So we could say do one for “Touching Base” or “Product In Production” etc… Where it would send to the customer with just a note and nice formatting.

    Is there any way i can sign up for notification of when you add this support? We’ll buy this immediately if it’s supported. I can’t use it now since it ignores the styling on the rest of the custom status emails.

    Hi Tommy,

    I see you have added custom order status support! Yay! I also noticed that a few of our custom order statuses do not show up. Is this because the free version only allows limited custom status options and we need to grab the paid version?

    I’m happy to do so ASAP, but would like to confirm this is the case before i get accounting to grab it for me.

    Hi Glen,

    Can you give me a screenshot of your Custom Order Status?
    Are you using “WooCommerce Order Status Manager” plugin? I using it and still works fine.

    And remember to clear your server/browser cache.

    If you need a private and faster support with dev team, you can go with Pro version.

    Hi Tommy,

    I figured it out… Those statuses that weren’t showing up had not yet had the emails created for them in Woo. As soon as i added them they showed up.

    Awesome! Was a little less obvious than i’d have thought, but makes total sense.
