Start users at same level

    Hello! We’re using BadgeOS [and a couple of premium BoS add-ons] on a BuddyPress member site that has been active for many years. With BoS, we would like to start all users at the same level with achievements regardless of how long a user has been a member of the site. For example, we have badges awarded for number of times logging in and posting but would like for all users to start from scratch in earning achievements regardless of when they joined. We’ve cleared all user activity via plugin but older users are still being awarded badges. Can you please advise on how to do this? Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    What we have understood is you simply want to revoke all the old user’s badges/ranks and start again.

    You can visit the BadgeOS -> Tools in the WP-Admin and find the utility to revoke all the badges for specific or all users. Please see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/wigxs3
