How can I change the header background color

    The background behind the site title and menu is the slider image. This is problematic because when the image is very light, the site title and menu are not very readable. So I want to add a background color behind the site title and logo and have the slider image underneath it.

    My menu is sticky so when you scroll down a little you can still see the site title and menu with a red background. Question: How can I keep that red background at the very top even without scrolling down?
