I created 2 forms with this plugin when my website was on WordPress 5.5.3. After the update to 5.6 both off my forms are not shown on the page i published it on. If i open my website in the wordpress admin, then i see the forms on th epages, when i open the pages normally, the forms are not there. I de-activated the plugin and activated again, i deleted the plugin and installed it again, sadly with the same result.

Anyone more ideas?

Hello, i am sorry but maybe i did something wrong. This issue is still actual, both of the forms are not showing on the site. I want to use this plugin on other sites but now i won’t use this plugin because of this issue.

Thank you for the update.

I checked the page and it seems there is a JavaScript issue for Forminator:

Do you have any caching or performance plugin?

If, so can you try to disable, flush all caches and check if the issue is gone?

Kindly try to enable the Load from ajax on Forminator and check if makes any difference:

It is under the Forminator > Edit Form > Behaviour
