Disappointed for the cost

EDIT: My review out of frustration was probably a little extreme, but when I couldn’t get in contact with anyone my expectations were low. They did end up processing the refund so I will give them credit where it is due.
I paid for the pro version and have had nothing but problems getting it to work. The support staff does not reply on their live chat even though it states there are reps standing by and support tickets were not answered in a timely manner. To make matters worse I discovered that WordPress offers encryption for free so this was $50 down the drain. A refund would be awesome, but I doubt it’ll happen.
