• The button to proceed to the 2nd step in the Woocommerce checkout process is broken. From console the error states:

Switching to a default theme fixes the issue. How do we resolve this without having to abandon OceanWP?

    Hi guys!

It is most likely a conflict with new WP core 5.6. They changed to jQuery 3 and OceanWP checkout still uses jQuery 2. This is not the only case, quite a lot plugins and themes facing this.

Try downgrading wp version to 5.5.x with this plugin: https://fi.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-downgrade/

And hold your updates with core until this jQuery thing is solved out. Hope this helps!

    Hello,

    I apologize for your troubles.

This issue occurs after the new WordPress update and Our dev team is already working on it. You will get an update with the fixes very soon( most likely be released tomorrow).

For now, You can temporarily switch to default checkout.

    Hi,

I updated the theme today but it did not resolve the issue with the Multistep-checkout form error. The “Next” button does not work.

    Hello,

Please try to Clear the entire browser/website/cloud cache because We have fixed this issue in the new version.

And go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.
