The link to your admin backend does not help at all. We need your admin username and password. Preferably not transmitted over here in the public forums, so please submit a ticket over at https://wpcasa.com/account/submit-ticket

    Thank you

Well the link you directed me too had not been helpful since 3 days back I purchased the london theme.

Nonetheless the feedback in this forum is quite convenient for me below are the details. Would change it later on

    Hello Charles,

just for clarification: 3 days ago you first submitted a ticket followed by 2 more. But from your first submission not even a half day later we replied already.

However, we checked your site and it seems like there is a javascript issue in relation with the latest version of WP. We will look into this and will provide a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime we’ve installed and enabled the jquery Migrate Helper.

The search fields are now displaying as they should, however, we’re not sure why
    a) the images are not getting imported and
    b) it is not possible to activate the theme license

Both those issues can’t be caused by the javascript issue mentioned before but are more likely related to the webserver itself. Not entirely sure where your website is hosted and if there is anything which can be done to solve this but perhaps you want to get in touch with your webhosting provider and see if they can help on this part.

    All the best

Thanks I appreciate your swift response this time around concerning the search display.
I would work around uploading some pictures and see if it works.
Would surely get back as soon as all is in place..
