• Hi, I am testing the app, I have also purchased the premium licenses – however Im faced with a serious problem.

    1. The purpose of my app is to ingerate buddyboss – but when I go to messages or forums – the text input field is takes too long to load, and when it does it is not responsive immediately – i need to keep taping to get the curser to appear – its just not feasible to allow my users to experience this.

    2. When using native theme + buddyboss theme – the pop up dont load on the page, instead I am immediately link to the url – without the native app – the pop works just fine, it pop up and if i click again it links me to the next page. Is there a way of fixing this, or giving the native theme priority over button responsiveness.

    3. Some buttons created with elementor are completly unresponsive once native theme is on.

    Hi,

    There is a free way to test the app without buying a licence:
    https://wpmobile.app/doc/test/

    The app can not be perfect for all the websites and it’s much better to test before getting the licence.

    I need more informations to help you:

    1- what is the website url? what do you mean by “not responsive immediately” ?

    2- what is the popup? with the native theme some function of your website theme can not be available.

    3- which buttons?

    I dont really want to share my url on public forum but it has pharmacy in its name, maybe you can look in the database or I send you a private message –

    By not responsive immediately I mean i have to keep taping the screen before it activates the input field and I can type

    The pop is the buddypress/buddyboss notifications dropdown button – which is not meant to load the notifcations page, but just give you an overview of the notification – just the same way the notifcations bell works on facebook.

    The reply button in forums and groups are not very responsive

    Okay I will send another email, my last email didnt recieve a reply, lastley is it possible to add css classes to the toolbar items? because I would like to target with javascript to create a return button – but it seems to sanitise the text fields – and if i dont add a url for example “#” the menu button doesnt show up

    I reply to every mail, check your spam folder if you didnt get the response.

    For a back button, create an item on the toolbar menu with this link:

    javascript:window.history.go(-1);
