wrong language code in translation

you ship it with greek loco translation. it has the code el_EL
This has no effect when wordpress is on greek language mode, as wordpress/loco greek code is el only.
copying the .mo of el_EL into el.mo is “adding” the real greek translation (recognized by loco with blue flag) – and fix the issue.
