Product sorting dropdown not there?

    Hi there, love the plugin!

    I was just wondering if the plugin is supposed to create a product sorting dropdown? I created my own category pages as I didn’t want to use the default pages from woocommerce, and I would be keen to add a product sorting dropdown.

    I see there is an option to hide product sorting dropdown – I have left this unticked.

    Hi,

    Our Filter plugin doesn’t have a sorting dropdown, but in Divi Theme we have an issue where the filtering hides the sorting dropdown, I already notified our development team about this issue.

    PS. Product Sort Dropdown can not be used together / combined with our Filter, so it is not a major issue.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    Okay no problem – does this mean your team are looking to get a fix soon? And does this mean if it does get fixed, I wouldn’t be able to use it while filtering items?

    Hi,

    Yes, our developer is working on a fix and yes, the Product Sorting can not be used combined with the Product Filter, so whenever you’re using the Product Filter the sorting options won’t apply, because the filter works based on the default Shop Page settings, but if you apply the Sorting filter prior to use the Product Filter, then the sorting options will be applied.
