    I have a problem with an existing popup, and I reported it to you before. Your suggestion was to try creating a new popup identical to the one that is not working, to see if the “new” one has the same issue.

    I tried re-creating the popup, and I am not having any success.

    I created it as type “Subscription” but there is no field to enter an email address and no activate button. The popup type is “HTML” even though I chose “Subscription” as the type.

    Also, testing the new one with preview, the background is white, even though I selected a background color of light blue.

    Thanks for any help you can offer.
