• I have tried to find several ways to fix this but once filled in, the send email does not work. Nothing happens. No error. Nothing at all happens. This is very frustrating.

    Hi @mikeperazzetti

Do other emails from that site work (such as the comments notifications WordPress sends for example)?

Can you install WP Mail Logging plugin, it will log all outgoing emails and if failed it will show which error was reported.

After you install try to send an email and check the log and let me know what it says.

I installed the plugin WP Mail Logging. I see a log and I see a setting. I am not sure what I need to see to see comments notifications, however.

I have sent an email successfully with my newsletter plugin, but there is still nothing in the WP Mail Logging. What do I need to do to send an email via WP Mail Logging? Once I can do that, I can send you the log information. Right now the log is blank.

I attempted to send a message via contact form again. No success. I sent two test emails via my newsletter earlier today. I sent those successfully, but the WP Mail Logging has no record of it.

I still need help with this or a plugin that will work. I am not sure why this is happening. I am sending you attachments of both now.

I am not able to email you any screen captures because I don’t have your email address and I am not able to them here because I cannot attach anything.

    Hi @mikeperazzetti

WP Mail Logging automatically logs all outgoing emails (assuming they go through the wp_mail() function).

So not seeing any records is really odd.

Send over the screen captures over at skustrimovic at gmail (obscured a bit, hopefully spam bots don’t catch it)
