ERROR WCPayPalPlus\Order\OrderFactoryException: Cannot create order by value 0 in {SERVER_ROUTE}/wp-content/plugins/woo-paypalplus/src/Order/OrderFactoryException.php:24

    Hi,

The currently installed version of this plugin is 2.2.1. Apparently, customers are being hit with a 500 error page when they try to checkout with the PayPal plus payment gateway. In the logs, you will find this error above for almost every payment. The website is part of the WordPress multisite setup.

I tried setting up sandbox PayPal but there I didn’t had any issues. I tried to keep the same plugins activated on the development environment with the sandbox turned on and everything went smooth.

I’m not sure where to start my search from since sandbox is working and live is failing. Do you have any recommendation on what to check additionally to help me find the root of this problem?

P.S: I know there was an issue with the woocommerce admin plugin in 2019 but that is not causing the problem since woocommerce admin is deactivated.

    Hi @borish1,

My apologies for getting back to you just now.
I assume you are using the plugin Germanized?
Can you please try to disable it and create a test order?
There have been similar issues with this plugin in the past, which only manifested in live mode, while sandbox was working fine.
Please let us know if that resolves this behavior. If not, I would suggest to disable all other plugins as well.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
