add noopener to links

Hi,

This is intended for the plugin author: As the plugin defaults to open links in new tabs/windows, I’d suggest to add rel=”noopener noreferrer” to those links by default (or by option) to improve security. Or, as an alternative, default to open in same tab/window and leave it to the pro customers to have other options. Thanks in advance for considering.
