    I think it’s a bit bizarre I can’t find a single post about this. I’ve watched every Youtube video possible and read every blog…

    In the Neve theme…how do you make a nav link point to the page you created? In the settings under Appearance –> Menus, you’re only given options to name the link and add CSS classes.

    Where do you tell what each link actually goes to?

    Every Youtube video I’ve scene shows just hovering over the widget and editing there, but when I hover over it, nothing happens.

    Or if I try to add a block and then a menu, it only lets me add it in the area of the hero text.

    But really? Not one blog or forum post about this?

    If I understand your request correctly – you need to use Custom Links for that and add those custom links as menu items:

    You are right, this should be done in the Appearance->Menus section. This is not something specific to the Neve theme, it’s how WordPress works.
