Coupons and Woocommerce points and reward

Hello,

I hope you can help me with problem I had,

I had purchased woocommerce points and reward but I have noticed an issue for me, its whenever I am releasing a coupon people can redeem the coupon and using the points at same time, I have been told to enable “individual use only” in coupon to prevent such case however I am still seeing customers using both of the points and coupon at same time… I want them to use only one either coupon or points..

please advise
