The Best Support Staff – Excellent Theme for my business

I have been delaying updating my website for too long, because I was scared to do it, as I’m barely computer literate, let alone able to deal with code. Yesterday I took the plunge and bought the paid version of businesso for $39 at 10am, setting the day aside to make a start on the update. By 7pm I had a brand new, fully functioning website! I chose this theme, largely for the beautiful sliding images that you can set up on pages. I had no idea that it would also be able to do quite a lot more customisation that I’m sure will take me some time to work out. The moving slides on the home page and menus were actually quite easy to setup, and within an hour, the site was looking OK – I had a basis and some confidence. I then sent the support a message on Skype and they got back to me very quickly, as I did have a few issues that needed resolving… Minor things like, how to put widgets on a page, change colour of text etc. I’m sure that this would have cost a great deal of money should I have paid someone to do it. The developer was helping me all day on skype calls, building little bits of code to make the website work really well and he was even answering my messages late in the evening in the UK, and he lives in India. He eventually signed off at midnight in India. Today he spent another 30 minutes developing my contact form and he’s gone away now to fix the last couple of little things I want to change. Overall I can’t speak highly enough of the service I’ve received and if you want a slick, good looking website, this is a great theme to use with service that I hadn’t even dreamed would be possible. This theme definitely gets 5 stars!
