moving my blog to another host

hi i am trying to moving my blog to anbother host from myb previous host through documatation i understand that i have to download all the contemt of my blog using a ftp program of that is done now how to backup my databse coz databse name on previous databse is differ form the new one my site is https://studentlife.co.in is there any plugin for doing this or any additional script as some forum software provides like smf provide smf repair
