Videos permanently muted on cell phones

    Hello, all of the videos that I have used with this add-on are automatically muted and I can not unmute them when VISITING THE SITE ON A CELL PHONE. I have tried this with multiple different cell phones and the problem is there with them all. This is a problem considering most people use their cell phone to view sites. What can be done to fix this and is it possible to set the player to not be muted on any device by default?

    Will you please check the Youtube Settings for the devices you checked?

    The matter is that it is not muted on our end.

    Hi Suzie, could you please be more specific. Are you suggesting that there is a you-tube setting that is causing these videos to be muted on cell phones but not computers? If you are, is there a specific place that these options would be?

    I am noticing a trend here, you answer once and only once to threads for help. From what I have seen you do not even fully read the messages sent to you, and you do not care for actually helping people fix these issues. I am very dissapointed and will not be intimidated into paying for your services with this reluctance to make your product work for free users. If you can not helpresolve this issue I will simply pay someone , not you, to fix it.
