Please check your Permalink settings: Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and it should be Postname.

Hello, i checked the permalinks config and it is as u suggested POSTNAME.
I tried to change it and than change it again just to see if saving with another type was useful and than back to POSTNAME but also in this case, the error persists.

Please be kindly informed that some caching/optimizing/minifying plugins can affect the MasterStudy LMS functions to perform correctly. As you are using SG optimizer, please try to deactivate it and check this issue again. Also, we have released the update for this plugin recently, so make sure you are using the latest version of it.

Hello, the Master Study LMS plugin is 2.4.7 version, the latest one (updated 2 weeks ago, as i can see by the details).
And i tried again to disable any single plugin, leaving active ONLY Master Study LMS but the issue still persist.

I am asking about this issue because i want to purchase the full plugin but obviously i don’t want to buy a thing that has some problems.

As previously said, i use those plugins, the bare minimum:
– LMS Master Study
– Elementor
– Elementor pro
– Sg Optimizer (CURRENTLY DEACTIVATED…issue persists)
– Aweber for WordPress
– Official Facebook Pixel

I tried to deactivate all by letting be active only LMS Master Study, but the error persists.
I tried to change the theme by using:
– CURRENTLY I AM USING HELLO THEME by ELEMENTOR (the native one)
– Twenty Twenty-One from WordPress team
– Twenty Twenty from WordPress team
– Education cares by ProDesigns
– Life Coach from Blossom Themes
– And many others

That said, i report the error again:

($54 fro a plugin are not a giant amount i know, but the point is that throwing the money from the window, has never been my style, not even for a single penny…)

UPDATE…
I’ve checked now in my files manager of wordpress and probably i udnerstood what is happening…there is a missing folder (and i do not know why).

The error message report that it can’t find the file GRID.PHP:
include(/home/customer/www/corsi.azionedigitale.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/stm-lms-templates/multi_instructor/co_courses/grid.php)

And effectively it is right because the file GRID.PHP is not under the folder he is looking that is:
/stm-lms-templates/multi_instructor/co_courses/
(this foleder does not even exist)

The GRID.PHP file is under:
STM-LMS-TEMPLATE/INSTRUCTOR and not CO-INSTRUCTOR
(i did not modify the installation obviously so, it is native code that is looking in a folder that does not exist).

this is the raw 137 in my templates.php file under .lms/classes/ folder

include(self::locate_template($template_name, $stm_lms_vars));
