Whenever a user who is not logged in goes through the checkout process, the default state is auto-populated with the Geolocation which may not necessarily be the same location as the user checking out. If they forget to change the country to theirs it could cause issues down the line.

We tried to deactivate the caching plugin (WP-rocket) to solve this issue while saving.
Furthermore increased PHP max input vars to 3000, trying to fix the problem.
Also created a Maxmind account an licence key, but this also didn’t solve the problem.

So now we’re out of options trying to fix this.

Any idea why I cannot change the “Default customer location ” setting?

    Hi there,

It sounds like we might be missing some background information here: The default state should be geolocated to that of the customer: Are you saying that the state there is *not* that of the customer? If so, do you have any screenshots of that in action and can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Thanks!
