Please from your end keep in mind that reviews are a great way (if not the only way) to grow the installed base and help engagement. Asking for a review is like reminding users of a product they otherwise don’t pay for to show a little appreciation! But again – with moderation!

Agreed, but I wouldn’t be able to review something till used. I would change your flag so that as maybe the user accesses and sets a setting for the first time then maybe 2 days later you ask. Be wise with the people you ask, and you get better reviews. I know the game and did keep it in mind when I wrote the first review. I am going on 30years of this whole industry and you even owe more thanks to me than you would even dare to look up when you address a stranger, but that is normal I find these days and take no offense. I still have it installed for those that what to know. Unfortunately, Microsoft’s AAD SSO system is in high flux due to a major flaw I caught last fall that is the root of the whole SolarWinds/Solargate/Solar1234 issue. We are talking so big they even tried to murder me to keep quiet; that type of big. They scrap everything on the net and are in with FANNG and it’s everything. So, fancy a chat MS? Microsoft caused it so at this moment this plugin is failing for me because the session are not keeping. Nothing anyone but Microsoft can do about it, but as the confusing statements just said, it’s the call to them so not to worry we are on it.
