    Hi,

    As of today, the suboptions on these products are no longer limited. There should be a limit of three flavors per tin of popcorn and I had it set up before but it is not limiting it anymore. It was working just a few days ago for sure.

    Where do I fix this? I set this up over 2 years ago and haven’t done anything similar since then so I am basically starting over here.

    Hi,

    Probably your options are overwritten. Like you modified same options in another product and did this – overwrite.

    Possibly the client did. Or me when I had to fix something 9 days ago for him.
    Can you please remind me where I go to add this back in? I do not recall after all of this time.

    Is there anyone who can tell me where to look for and change the limits on this plugin? I would like to fix this for the client. Holiday time is his busy time and he is having to call or email those who add more flavors to the tins of popcorn. Please help! I’ve also advised him to upgrade and hope he does so.

    I found these sections. There is nothing in my question about duplicating anything. I am trying to limit options. I did a search for limit and see nothing in the docs.

    I cannot add a photo. Only a link. So, here is a link to the photo showing the options that need to be limited to only 3. They used to be limited. Now, people are adding more than 3 and it is allowing it. I can’t recall or find anywhere the place where we set this limit.

    Checkboxes option has min/max settings. Have you tried them yet?

    No I have not because I am asking WHERE THIS IS. I can’t find this setting and have been trying. I obviously found it 2.5 years ago when I set it up because it was working up until a couple of days ago.

    Obviously it is in options’ settings modal window. Where are all the option related settings. This info is in the documentation.

    I do not even know what window this is. AGAIN, this is a plugin I’ve not touched in 2.5 years. What is the

    options’ settings modal window.

    because I did just search for that term in your docs. Nothing.

    If it is the little window that is located on the left side of the screen, no limits are there that allow for limiting options. There is a tab of options with several things below it, one of which is “checkbox inputs” but none of this is clickable.

    Ok, then you have to watch video tutorials again, try to follow them etc. Just to learn how to use the plugin again, if you forgot. Also try adding new Checkboxes option, play with it. Yes, you have to learn again, my friend, you just have to.

    I do not mind relearning what I need for this particular portion to work again. I do not want to have to spend hours trying to locate the info I need in the docs. I feel that you could be more helpful by at the very least directing me to the specific area where the info is located. The correct area to fix this issue that just came up. The client just paid $150 for premium lifetime. Does this help me at all to get premium support? I’m logged in but do not see premium support in the account.
