After purchase add-on message/email

  • Hi,

    Is there a way to add a message to the customer after a purchase that includes the additional addon? Preferably an email, but even being able to include it in the order details would be fine.

    Included in the New Order Email notification, we currently show the add-ons selected for the product, as shown here:

    If you need any additional customization or adding other messaging on the email, you would need to modify the email template based upon your requirements.
