403 error when user tries to download zip file

    We have a download which contains two mp4 files, each around 95Mb. When the user purchases them, they are sent a symbolic link that converts to a zip file. However, when the user clicks on that link, they get a 403 page.

    The wordpress error log says –
    AH00037: Symbolic link not allowed or link target not accessible: /home/u1011-4akxfumvkbeu/www/baynvc.org/public_html/wp-content/uploads/edd/symlinks/baynvc_09eed3962b00f778f.zip

    Nothing shows up in the EDD debug log though, even though I’ve turned on debugging for that.

    I’ve searched support here and on your own site, also googled for hours, and am not finding anything that helps! I’ve tried re-linking the mp4 files withi the product, and that doesn’t help.
