    Hi all,

I’m gonna make a post on a topic that is very long and, I want to divide that entrie into several entries each one having 2 or 3 pages so I end with a total of 6 to 9 pages. Like chapters. First chapter, intro and basics with 2 or 3 pages, second chapter, more advanced stuff also with 2 or 3 pages. This is to avoid having all those pages inside a single post.

Which would be the best way to accomplish this? Maybe linking by hand at the end of every article like “Next Chapter – Some Advanced Stuff”? Maybe a “related articles” plugin could do something like this but I’m affraid it’s gonna pull way too many other articles and not just the 3 I want to link between each other.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

  • How about a ‘series’ type plugin:

Linking by hand would give you the maximum control over the link text and its placement. A related posts plugin seems overkill for just this one series of posts and, as you say, would almost certainly pull in too many other, unrelated, posts.

@michaelh: THANKS… This is something I didn’t see until now. I’m gonna try it tomorrow first thing. Hope there’s no conflict with using users from another DB )forum DB) ??

@esmi: Yeap… linking by hand would definetely work if the plugin don’t work… it will be my 1st resource in that case. I hope it works thou ‘couse I think I’ll have LOTS of series ??

    Thanks!
