posting pages in FB – visibility

Someone said they liked my post better on FB if it had an image instead of a logo. In that group it had an image, unlike my other pages, while posting question in Elementor FB (with no replies) it doesn’t. Seems something about the way it was added to the post -typed or pasted different ways.
Haven’t been able to figure, but much prefer having a picture. Suggestions?
