Give installed on Buddyboss site. Linked to Stripe account. Hosted by Siteground.
Most pages on the site are private to members.
The single Give donation page is public.
Donations can be successfully be made on this page when logged in as user but they can’t be made when not logged in to the BB site. Why? How to fix.
While the page is public the site is still under development and has temp URL so I don’t want to put link to the page in this forum question. But I’ll provide it to someone from Give who gets back to me.
    Thanks for your support.
Hope to have this working for a demo on Monday.

    Hi @dcwaxman

The way GiveWP forms can be unrestricted (as far as logged-in users go) is on the individual form itself, in the Form Fields tab, ensure that Guest donations are enabled. Here’s a screenshot of what that looks like:

    https://givewp.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Screen-Shot-2020-12-22-at-8.07.11-AM.png

If guest donations are enabled, the form should show up for logged-out users (unless BB is preventing it)

If that doesn’t resolve things, I’ll need a bit more context and/or a place to see the problem live in order to help, here.

That type of user restriction is what the BB plugin does, so it seems like something that their support would be more able to help with.

    Thanks!
