Notification about comments not showing to users

1) In the resource “Comment Bubble Location” (https://prnt.sc/w6qfju), if I choose the option “Content Left” or “Left Corner”, both show the balloon in the same position: https://prnt.sc/w6qg5q

It seems there is a cache issue. Please delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend and check again.

2) In the resource “Bubble – Notify on New Comments” (https://prnt.sc/w6qir6), when accessing a post where there is a comment, this notification is not appearing. I access the post for the first time, even in anonymous browsing, but the notification does not appear to me. Do this logged in and logged out, but the notification does not appear.

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Comments > wpDiscuz > Settings > Live Commenting and Notifications admin page and make sure the “Comment Bubble Live Update” is enabled, save, delete all caches and check again.

3) In the resource “Bubble – Invite to comment in X seconds” (https://prnt.sc/w6qwky), most of the time it is not showing. I only saw this message once. I am testing as a logged in user and as a logged out user, and in both situations most of the time the message does not appear after 45 seconds.
The option “Update in Real Time” and “Enable Live Update for Guests” are enabled: https://prnt.sc/w6qwyc

Please note this message is designed to show one time per article. If a user has been called to comment previously, he/she will not see this message next time on the same article.

1) I use the WP-Rocket cache plugin and Cloudflare. I cleared the cache for both, but the button remains in the same position.
If I select “Right Corner” (https://prnt.sc/w76ld8), the balloon appears correctly on the right of the screen (https://prnt.sc/w76mn4).
If I select “Content Left” or “Left Corner” (https://prnt.sc/w76ntf / https://prnt.sc/w76q2x), the balloon is shown in the same position (https://prnt.sc/w76uru). Access the posts with the ?nocache parameter at the end of the URL. But the balloon remains in the same position.

2) Yes, the option is enabled (https://prnt.sc/w777c9), and I also clear the cache, but the comment section does not appear.

Please note the notification will be display only when the post is already opened, and the new comment appears at that time.
