How to change space between paragrpahs, and heading styles

Hi.

I do not know much about changing Word Press defaults.

I have been using BAM for a while now to take advantage of its double tool bar and other cool things.

But I very much wish there were at least some spacing between paragraphs. Like 10pts say.

How can I change this in Theme BAM or my child theme?

Also, is there some way for me to change the enormous amount of space between the Heading 1 style paragraph at the top of my posts and whatever paragraph follows it? Ditto for Heading 2, etc.
