using a /randomname.html for the homepage?

I am moving over a blogger blog to wordpress….
But the original blogger blog is https://www.domain.com/blog/wordshere.html
Is it possible to make wordpress also do that? Maybe by changing the index.html to th wordshere.html?
Really weird and unique situation to say the least.
