    Hey @bhadaway,

I hope you’re well. Unfortunately, the issue with the Stripe Webhooks is back. I can see in the logs that the connection is blocked by Stop Spammers (in my case the webhook that is sent by stripe to inform that the transaction was successful), even though I checked the “allow Stripe” setting. Would be great if you could check why the issue has come back after it worked perfectly fine for the last few months.

    Kind regards, Philip

  • Hi Philip,

My initial instinct is that perhaps Stripe’s pool of IP addresses had been updated, so let me check on that.

    Thanks

Yup, that’s it; they’ve added a few more:

    I’ll push an update soon…

    Dear @bhadaway,

I hope I find you well. Unfortunately, the update did not resolve the issue. I can see in the log that it says: mepr/notify/1427130874-551049fadd23a/whk and then Deny List User Agent: DOC

I’m using the latest version and the Stripe setting is checked!

Any idea what the issue might be?

Have a great start into the new year!

    Kind regards, Philip

So, it looks like it’s been blocked because of a user agent.

    Go to:

Stop Spammers > Block Lists > Bad User Agents List > Remove “DOC” > Save
