Unable to Logged in to Wp-Admin redirecting to Home Page

I Have Enable Under Construction Plugin and it was working. I Have given access to ADMIN and than once i logged out from Admin. Now i am unable to logged in to WP-ADMIN panel. as soon as i Call URL – https://mcx.freetips.tips/wp-admin it Redirecting me to Home page – https://mcx.freetips.tips

I Have even delete .htaccess file still no solution.
Even i checked option table where it has HOME and SITEURL which is perfectly set.

Even i have Delete under construction folder from PLUGIN Folder but still no solution
