  • Hello There!

    Hope you are doing good!

    Jquery is not rendering the span tag properly and that is causing the issue. To resolve the issue, please edit file: ecommerce-gem-plus/assets/js/custom.js

    Search for code

    $('#main-nav').meanmenu({
        meanScreenWidth: "1050",
    });

    And replace it with

    $('#main-nav').meanmenu({
        meanMenuOpen: "<span></span><span></span><span></span>",
        meanScreenWidth: "1050",
    });

    Hope this helps!

    Have a great day ahead!

    Regards.

    Ok it works, thanks!

    Hi, I also need help. I have the same problem with my website: https://jachego.store. I made the recommended modification and cleared my cookies, but the problem continues. Can I do anything else? Please…

    My theme is ecommerce-gem, not ecommerce-gem-plus

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi!! I greatly appreciate your return.
    After you commented that you accessed, I tried again and for me, only one bar still appears (I cleared cookies and nothing).

    I had the idea of using a proxy from another country to check it out (I’m in Brazil, and for me and other family devices, just one bar remains on the menu)

    And in fact, accessing from another country, it presents the menu correctly. Could you tell me why this is happening? As if for my country, I had some kind of blockade.

    I appreciate your help and wish you a great day.
