Cleantalk breaks ManageWP Uptime Monitor

    After enabling the Cleantalk plugin on several sites including the one mentioned here: thevintageroutes.com ManageWP’s uptime monitor keeps flipping back and forth between a status of Down with an error of “This url is forbidden.” and an OK status. I’ve added all the ManageWP IP addresses to my Whitelist in Cleantalk but that didn’t seem to help. What else can I do?

    If the CleanTalk plugin is deactivated does this solve the issue?

    Deactivating the CleanTalk plugin does solve the issue.

    I’ve added 136.143.190.226 and 204.141.32.226 IP addresses that I found in your logs as forbidden more than 300 times. User-agent is Site24x7.
    Does it solve the issue?

    To fix the issue we suggest enabling the Block bots by User-Agents option in the Advanced settings. Go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> Block bots by User-Agents at the end of the list —> Save Changes.
    Then use the guide to add the user-agent ‘Site24x7’ to your personal whitelist: https://cleantalk.org/help/filter-ua
