Disable cache for forms

After MailPoet form submission: “Sorry but we couldn’t connect to the Mail portal server please refresh the page and try again.” I use WP Super Cache.
1. I have the same MailPoet signup form on every page located in the footer. Can caching be disabled for the MailPoet form and not the page?

3. I also followed the link you have at the MailPoet site concerning WP super cache: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/excluding-pages-from-caching/
Does the MailPoet form have a “post type”? If my understanding is correct, the solution you linked to at the MailPoet site would mean I have to disable caching on every page.
