    Hello,
    Thank you for your work on this plugin. It really looks interesting. However, I’m totally unable to make it work for my website.

    I am using amazon.it API Keys, and both the plugin and the online scanner fail to work. The plugin remains disconnected, whereas the online scanner stalls after starting the scan process.

    There’s anything I could do to make it work?

    Thanks for using the plugin.

    If you’re using any cache plugin, make sure to flush the cache. Some times cache plugins make the plugin show the API is disconnected.

    We are planning on discontinuing the online scanner, but we will provide a more robust way in future plugin releases.

    A good way to check if you got the right API credentials is by testing them in the official Amazon Product Advertising API Scratchpad: https://webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/scratchpad/index.html

    Click on any of the operations on the left sidebar, enter the credentials in the form on the right hand side, and check that the API request is sent correctly.
