• Hello,
I’m stating using this theme on a local host recently and really I’m impressed!
    Straight to the point,
I’ve built a website everything through Elementor!
but when it comes to the blog page! it doesn’t work! There’s possibility done that by Elementor or just by the theme customize!
I’ve adjusted the Reading Settings to the front page (Elementor page for landing),
And the Posts page: to a blog page created by me! but as I mentioned can’t edit it through Elementor since it’s for the blog! only through theme customize…

    Please Advise!

  • Hey,
When you assign a page as the “latest posts” page you turn that page into an archive and so you can’t use elementor to edit it. If you want to edit that page using elementor you need to leave the “latest posts” setting unset in your settings > reading.

Or if you have elementor pro you can create a custom template for post archives and that would make it possible to edit the page using elementor.

    I hope that clarifies.

Hey ?? thx for your reply!
Yes I just figured out that I can edit the Blog Page “archives” Through the Elementor Theme Builder…
Now since this resolved the problem and I’m able to do it through my Elementor PRO!

My question is, Does I have to un-select the Posts page: to none!
Because know I adjusted the “archives/Blog” page through the Elementor! and at the same time, my Reading Settings/Posts page still assigned to a page named”Blog”!
And I wanted to show my archives as Blog page!

    Hey,
I’m not sure I understand your question. So I’ll answer with what I think but you may need to give more information about what it is you are wanting to do. If you want elementor to control the page you can’t select it as an archive. The reading settings doesn’t allow two things only one or the other. If you select a page to be the latest posts page then that is what it is and it will no longer be a normal page you can edit with elementor.
