How to upload my file to my bolg for other to download

    Hi All,

    This is my first post , can some one advise me how can i upload file to my blog, so that other can download .
    I notice that it only allow some file format , i am unable to find the file format which i wish to upload.
    My file extension is QVW .
    Hope some one can advise me pls.
