Fatcow manual installation

Can someone tell me how to install WP manually on Fatcow? I used the quick-install button on the control panel, but it looks like I can’t use www.ads-software.com themes because the blog is still hosted on WordPress. I know there are a ton of installation how-to’s out there but I’m so new to all of this that all this cPanel and mySQL -nonsense is giving me a headache.. Can someone dumb it down for me, step by step? Thanks!!
