500 internal error while editing menu

    Whenever I try to update navigation menu in wordpress, I get 500 response. But when I deactivate lightspeed cache, everything works perfectly.
    Website with lightspeed deactivated: https://wellaholic.com
    Same website with lightspeed activated: https://test.wellaholic.com

    What is the cause of error? (I can do other post requests like adding an image or page.)

    this sounds like PHP error somewhere.
