Sidebar needs proper placement

I built a new sidebar , I added 2nd sidebar to a 1 sidebar theme , and it worked ..

however its in the wrong place.

If you look at my page > https://www.buckeyebombshell.com
you will see the sidebar on the left.

if you scroll down to the second sidebar (ebay ads) you will see what I mean

Im trying to move the #2 sidebar to the right side

I cant get it there , is it css?
