We have 500 members who all expire on 4/1/2021. Between now (January 1st) and then they will be renewing. Is there some way to compile a list of renewing members and import them with the new, updated membership level? The alternative is the painful process of doing the membership level update manually.

    Thank you,
    Mike

Update: After working with the renewal process for a couple of days, things are working very smoothly with the existing functionality. The solution is:

1 – Create new Membership Levels. In my case we have about 8 levels but for this example we’ll deal with only one: “Family”. Family is the current year with a fixed expiry of 4/1/2o21.
2- Create new, additional Membership Level: “Family 2022” with Expiry date 4/1/2022.
3 – In the WP Membership>>Payments>>Manage Payment Buttons, assign the new Membership Level to the appropriate PayPal button.

This is now working very well. After reviewing the most recent renewals on the Transactions tab, I bulk delete them each day.
