    Hello!

Recently I have reinstall the WordPress directory completely because I have ran into an issue before that, but now that I reinstalled it the Right sided block settings menu doesn’t appear when I click on the “settings” icon in the top right.

I tried the default theme, I tried disabling plugins, I tried different browser and clearing my cache, not none of it helped. Do anyone has an idea what can cause this issue?

I would appreciate an answer because I’ve been trying to figure it out for 4 hours now.

  • Hello @renktonx

    I hope you are well.

kindly share the screenshot of the page or website URL link. after that I’m able to help you.

for now, I suggest you this two website URL where you can get the solution of your issue.
    1. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-fix-missing-admin-bar-issue-in-wordpress/

    2. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21277190/wordpress-admin-bar-not-showing-on-frontend

you have to add the PHP code in the function.php which is located in your hosting file manager.

Try MANUALLY updating. Download WordPress again and unzip it, and use that to copy up. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. (NOTE: do not delete the?wp-content?directory or your?wp-config.php?file). Please read the Manual Update directions first.

Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/wordpress-backups/

Hello! I did the manually installation, but it didn’t solve my problem. Could it be that when I installed the Yoast SEO plugin and made the block disappear?

I could try a full reinstall again, but this time I test it without any theme / plugins, before I add anything.

Really thank you for all the help still.

    Hey!

I fixed the problem, the theme didn’t get the update yet for the wordpress 5.6 update, so I will downgrade my wordpress for now and update it later when the theme receives the update as well.

Thank you so much for the help!

Which theme is it that’s not compatible with the WP 5.6?
