Display site review on one line

Firstly many thanks for the great reviews plugin! Just one issue, I’m trying to display the summary on one line. I hide elements as below, and apply the css per reading the forum however still the summary displays over 2 lines per https://snipboard.io/Ui0XbN.jpg
