ZIP file not downloading

  • I am a longtime user of this plugin. Mostly, I use it for PDFs, but I offer a few other file types as well. I recently noticed that the download I offer as a ZIP file is not downloading (see the URL I provided). When the link created by the shortcode is clicked, nothing happens.

    So far, I tried turning off caching, Cloudflare, and deactivating all other plugins.

    Any ideas for what the problem might be?

    I forgot to mention: I also tried deleting the ZIP folder from my server and then re-uploading it using the usual process via WP-DownloadManager.

    Update: I’m having no luck so far troubleshooting my issue. And I realized it’s not just ZIPs that aren’t working; it’s also MS Word docs. I’m guessing it’s everything except PDFs.

    Anyone else having this issue?? I’m starting to wonder if I’m going to have to move to another plugin. I’d rather not, though — I really like the way WP-DownloadManager works!
