Corrupted snapshot

    Hi, I made a snapshot of my website and I reset it. After, I wanted to restore the site with my snapshot but this message is shown:

    “An error has occurred. Snapshot data has been compromised. Saved metadata does not match data in the DB. Contact WP Reset support if data is critical, or restore it via a MySQL GUI.”

    If I try to download the snapshot it gives me a 1,12 KB file, while on the WP reset plug in is written that the file is 34,8 MB.
    I think that this file is corrupted but for me is very important.
