I think changing a theme helped work around a bug issue I had.

However now my wordpress stays in recovery mode and I cannot exit it without seeing the 404 site. Is this normal?

    404? or 500?

Please provide a link to a page on your site where we can see this. Thanks. Note: Your link will be public and we will not later remove it.

If it’s an error 500, errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.

    Hi,

    It is 404.

    The link is:

    https://miromcare.com/404

This page shows up when I try to exit recovery mode.

I did the wp_debug. But how do you set up debug_log?

I know the problem theme is Hantus. I tried to remove related products section of woocommerce and all these problems started occurring. It had to be Hantus.

This is the same issue you’ve been having in your other topic. Disable WP_DEBUG, as noted above, and contact A2.

Thanks again for you assistance Steven.

    I truly appreciate it.

I have uninstalled wordpress and reinstalled.

I now know to come here before doing any plugin modifications. Will now backup the site as well.

    Cheers and happy new year!
