Why is this extension “?v=f24485ae434a” getting added to sites URLs and causing a 301 redirect according to GTMetrix.

If you check the source code of the page you can find that its associated with the affiliate link to sign in to the affiliates page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, please try the following troubleshooting test.

    https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/forums/topic/test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug/

Are you using an elemental plugin? Or is elemental functionality part of the theme you are using in your site? Do you have an active cache plugin in your site?

    Thank you

I have done all the routine troubleshooting and its not the theme (GeneratePress)

I use Elementor on both sites, One site has Cloudflare
    The other site has Autoptimize.
The extension is coming from the affiliate login link if you look at the resource page

Seems I can post the line from the source page here but I’m sure you know how to search the page for the extension

    Hi,

I did see “?v=f24485ae434a” displayed in the source code. I can’t reproduce this issue in my test site. Make sure your permalink is correctly set. Also this might be related to Elementor. I don’t use Elementor myself.

    Kind regards

@art137, Our plugin doesn’t add this parameter to your website URLs.
