    I have tried both the native MailPoet sending method and my Sendgrid sending method. Neither one will get beyond zero. Status says unable to connect.

    Any suggestions?

    Never mind. I recently activated plugin Stop Bad Bots. When I deactivates it, the sending began.

    Adding to the whitelist requires an upgrade to the Pro Version of the plugin. When I tried to upgrade, I got an error saying I wasn’t authorized. :). Kind of a Catch-22 there. So, I’m switching to use SendGrid instead of Mailpoet for sending.

    Hi @lisajorgensen,

    I can see the MailPoet Sending Service is currently paused for your account, that’s why the emails are not being sent.

    If you’ve changed the sending method to “Other” in the MailPoet’s Settings > Send With… tab, sending should work. If you’d like to restore the MailPoet Sending Service, please contact us via email.
